@Sgconlaw: Thanks for your improvements to {{R:Macmillan}}. Now that it accepts a UK/US parameter, couldn't we simply delete this template, as well as {{R:MacmillanUK}}? I find your solution more elegant. Canonicalization (talk) 19:56, 24 May 2019 (UTC)
