Definitions

• For non-native language definitions, preferably use a gloss -- a one-shot equivalence, eg "Ausfahrt: exit"
  • ...unless, of course, the word has no equivalent in the target language.
• For native language definitions, a full definition is needed; see the Entry layout and Style guides.

{{uxi}} is the same, but for short examples, such that both example and translation probably fit on a single line.

For same-language definitions (eg English in English wiktionary), leave the language code in, but leave the translation out.
