Linkifying Cantonese Pinyin

If it's true that Cantonese pinyin should be linkified in headword-lines, then surely that should be handled by the template, rather than by manually editing every single page that uses it?

Especially since, if we do it by modifying the template, then we can also have it be smart enough to link to the Cantonese section on the target page.
