Your etymology contribution seems to me to be unlike many of the other etymologies on en.Wiktionary. You may want to take a moment to read Wiktionary:Etymology, which describes many of the characteristics of a useful Wiktionary etymology section. There are two points I particularly noticed:
- Your contribution appeared to be encyclopedic, rather than linguistic/dictionary-oriented.
- Green, in Spanish, is verde.
