Redirecting attested romanizations edit

  • Voting on: If a romanization of a word in a particular language (whether it is an ad-hoc romanization or one derived from a formal romanization scheme) is attested three times as per WT:CFI#Attestation, and the word in its native script meets WT:CFI, and the only use of the term at issue is as a romanization of the native script, then the romanization will redirect to the native script entry. This is only to be applied if the creation of a redirect will not interfere with readers searching for any alternative use of the term at issue. Attestation for the romanization will be placed on the Citations page for the native script entry.
