Appendices edit

(re: the end of the Beer Parlour discussion) How about one appendix for each script (prevent proliferation of pages), and HTML anchors for each character (allowing for easy navigation to an individual character)? —suzukaze (tc) 18:17, 14 June 2017 (UTC)Reply

I don't mind adding HTML anchors to Unicode pages like Appendix:Unicode/Cyrillic Supplement, but it's probably not always easy to find the right character in these large appendices, especially if the person does not have the right fonts.
Technically, we already use Category:Script appendices for the idea of "one appendix for each script", but these appendices seem to be incomplete more often than not.
Let me know if I forgot to comment about something, that is a large discussion. --Daniel Carrero (talk) 18:23, 14 June 2017 (UTC)Reply
If the information from character info boxes is moved to the Unicode pages, entries for characters should have links to the Unicode pages. Otherwise, how does one find the information? There will probably have to be multiple links for entries that currently have multiple character info boxes. (I'm sort of assuming the failure of the vote means that character boxes are going to be removed from entries, but I could be misunderstanding the situation.) — Eru·tuon 08:43, 20 July 2017 (UTC)Reply
