not "normally ordered alphabetically"?

The "normally" is only normal from the point of view of alphabet users, Japanese & Chinese character dictionaries are not ordered alphabetically. I'm not familiar with how Thai, Hindi... dictionaries are ordered. BartAAVK (talk) 09:29, 12 December 2022 (UTC)
