Etymology edit
bacterio- + -graphy. From forming pictures out of bacteria. Coined by Zachary Copfer, who invented the process.[1]

- (art, photography, microbiology) The art of creating pictures by growing bacteria and using a light mask to selectively sterilize regions.[2]
