Usage notes edit

  • This synthetic form of the first-person plural conditional is not universally used, though it is common in Harris, Uist, Barra and Skye. In the dialects of Lewis, Ross and Sutherland, the analytic form bhiodh sinn is used instead. This applies to all verbs.
