Inherited from Ottoman Turkish بوندن بویله (bundan böyle),[1][2] from بو (bu) and بویله (böyle),[3][4] equivalent to bu (this) +‎ -(n)dan (ablative suffix with "n" as buffer consonant) +‎ böyle (this way, like this).
