      Freshly cut TMA sections (4 micrometer thick) were deparaffinized and proteolytically pretreated using a commercial kit (Zytolight FISH-Tissue Implementation Kit, Zytovision, Bremerhaven, Germany), followed by dehydration in 70%, 90% and 99% ethanol, air drying and codenaturation in a Thermobrite hybridization oven (Abbott, Chicago, USA) for 10 minutes at 75°Celsius.
