- (fandom slang) A person who organises a convention.
- 1991 October 8, Bridget Wilkinson, “Barcon”, in Fans Across the World[1], number 8:
- The convention organisation itself creaked a little (though since this report came from the USSR's greatest conrunner this may be a little like asking Ben Yallow for his opinion of a Unicon), but a good time was had by all.
