Etymology edit
Probably from Proto-Tocharian *entu (whence also Tocharian A antuṣ), from Proto-Indo-European *ím, accusative form of *ís (“he, that”). Cognate with Ancient Greek ἔνθα (éntha, “there, thereupon”).
