Usage notes edit

Originally a past participle, the term prostituert, and hence gutteprostituert is commonly used as a noun. As for prostituert only in the indefinite singular form is used: en gutteprostituert (a boy prostitute), otherwise past participle forms are used, e.g. den gutteprostituerte (the "boy prostituted")
