heavy mob (plural heavy mobs)

  1. (UK, informal) A group of bodyguards, enforcers, burly criminals or police, or similar heavies.

      And then the police came and tried to move them away. There are two types of police in Spain – the brown shirts and the blue shirts. One seems to be the local lot and the other are like the heavy mob.
