hydroxykenomicrolite
English
editEtymology
edithydroxy- + kenomicrolite, derived from hydrokenomicrolite and for having a hydroxide anion. The keno- prefix embedded derives from κενός (kenós, “empty”) and is used often in microlite-group minerals for an unknown reason, apparently for a lack of something in the crystalline structure.
Noun
edithydroxykenomicrolite (uncountable)
