laevocardia (plural laevocardias)

  1. (medicine) A condition where the heart is on the correct side of the body (the left), but the related structures are on the wrong side, due either to corrected transposition of the great vessels or to situs inversus.
  2. (medicine) The absence of dextrocardia; normal positioning of the heart.
