   1. Medical but not clinical in the sense of clinical medicine, being instead, for example, radiological, histopathological, surgical, or laboratorial.
   2. Not medical, being instead lay in nature, or at most paramedical.

   3. Lacking clinical objectivity; subjective; emotional.
