    • 1916, The Journal of the American Osteopathic Association:
      Ballenger, in his 1914 edition, page 256, states that in hyperesthetic rhinitis, the "sneezing area" of the nose is at the points of contact between the middle turbinate and the septum; hence the sneezling, which is so characteristic of this disease.
