      Putative Wnt pathway targets were selected based on the following criteria: (1) an average fold change of 1.5-fold or more in deIs10 ; huIs1 (Wnt pathway overactivation) compared to control ( N2 ); (2) present and increased calls in at least two of three biological replicates; (3) ANOVA P ≤0.05; and (4) ratio of average fold change ≥1.5-fold between Wnt pathway overactivated ( deIs10 ; huIs1 ) and underactivated ( deIs10 ; deIs26 ) conditions.
