wirilda (plural wirildas)

  1. An Australian acacia tree, Acacia retinodes, which has edible seeds.
    • 2013, Graham Patterson, Coastal guide to nature and history: Port Phillip Bay, page 27:
      It grows on branches of wirilda wattle, and is no longer common in the area, although it can also be seen on wirildas along the cliff walk at Queenscliff.
