     然(しか)しこの推(すい)定(てい)は維(い)持(じ)することが出(で)来(き)ない。學(がっ)校(こう)の分(ぶん)段(だん)は管(かん)理(り)の要(よう)素(そ)として必(ひつ)要(よう)なものである。

     Shikashi kono suitei wa iji suru koto ga dekinai. Gakkō no bundan wa kanri no yōso to shite hitsuyō na mono de aru.

     However, this presumption cannot be maintained. Segmentation of schools is a necessary element of their management.
