I rearranged the refs at pasha: having them at the bottom is good, but they need to be at the bottom of the English section, not the bottom of the whole page. We actually have several different discussion boards here: the Information desk for newbie questions like yours, the Tea room for discussion of specific words, the Etymology scriptorium for etymology questions, the Beer parlor for general policy discussion, and the Grease pit for technical questions.
