      فَذَهَبَتْ الضَّفَادِعُ وَتَجَمَّعَتْ فِي الْحُفْرَةِ وَبَدَأَتْ تَنِقُّ.
      fa-ḏahabati ḍ-ḍafādiʕu wa-tajammaʕat fi l-ḥufrati wa-badaʔat taniqqu.
      So the frogs went and gathered in the pit and started to croak.
  2. to cluck, to cackle (of chickens)
