Etymology edit

Inherited from Old Marathi उचलणे (ucalaṇe) (intransitive), from Maharastri Prakrit 𑀉𑀘𑁆𑀘𑀮𑁆𑀮𑀇 (uccallaï) (intransitive), 𑀉𑀘𑁆𑀘𑀸𑀮𑁂𑀇 (uccālei) (transitive), from Sanskrit उच्चलति (uccalati). Compare Hindi उचलना (ucalnā), Nepali उचाल्नु (ucālnu), Sinhalese උසුලනවා (usulanawā).
