Literally: “very erotic very violent”. |
Etymology
editFrom the script of a 2007 staged interview from China Central Television set to justify the communist regime's internet purges, uttered by Zhang Shufan, an elementary schoolgirl. It backfired as the obviously staged nature of the interview from the discrepancy between the phrase's complexity and the interviewee's age attracted widespread parody of the phrase by mainland Chinese netizens.
