Etymology

The regular reflex of Middle Korean ᄂᆞ리〮다〮 (Yale: nòlí-tá). The standard form, 내리다 (naerida), features umlaut (more common in dialects).

1. Dialectal form of 내리다 (naerida, “to come down, to descend”).
