editFrom -եր (-er) + -եակ (-eak). In հնգերեակ (hngereak) the element -եր (-er) is from Proto-Indo-European *penkʷe-ro. In the rest it either developed by analogy or is from Proto-Indo-European *-er- antithetic suffix.
