1. Place one's fingertips on one's temples, with one's thumbs touching the sides of one's head in front of one's ears, and one's index fingers, and, optionally, one's other remaining fingers as well, angled upwards with their distal segments laying flat against one's scalp or touching it obliquely.

3. (optional, "thinking" sense only) Lean forwards slightly.
