  • This two-handed ASL sign is produced as follows:
    1. Posture the nondominant hand in the “open B” handshape in front of the chest, with the fingers pointing forward, palm up. Posture the dominant hand in the “bent B” handshape touching the base of the nondominant hand, dominant palm facing down.
    2. Brush the fingertips of the dominant hand across the nondominant hand to the fingertips.
    3. Variations may do this action once, repeat it, or continue doing it until the desired effect is attained (i.e. if trying to pass by or through a signer's conversation).
