potentially a misspelling of تَسْلِيم(taslīm), unless لعائلة is a misspelling for بعائلة (ب and ل are close to each other at least on some layouts)

وقالت وسائل الإعلام، إن: "الأطفال الثلاثة الذين عادوا لفرنسا في 18 كانون الاول الجاري تتراوح أعمارهم بين 3 و 8 سنوات، وأنه تم تسليهم مؤقتا لعائلة وافقت على استضافتهم".
And the media has said that “the three children which returned to France in December 18th range in their age between 3 and 8 years, and they have been solaced temporarily by a family that has agreed to harbour them.”
