    1. Posture the dominant hand in the “flat C” handshape at the forehead.
    2. Repeatedly flatten and open the hand to alternate between the previous and next posture.
    3. Posture the dominant hand in the “Flat O” handshape at the forehead.
    4. Hold the hand still briefly.
