From Swedish gotländsk (“from Gotland”). Equivalent to Got(land) + -ish.

Gutnish
- The native language of the island of Gotland in present day Sweden, used both as a spoken and written language until late medieval times. Modern Gutnish is increasingly marginalised by Standard Swedish.
