Arabic contextual forms and ligatures

Could maybe use this data in Lua to convert contextual forms and ligatures to regular letters, and create a message that points users to the correct title. — Eru·tuon 07:07, 13 October 2019 (UTC)

Attempt to create pages in the "Citations talk" namespace

Add the following to the title blacklist to prevent pages in the "Citations talk" namespace from being created:

# Prevent creation of pages in the Citations talk namespace (and direct users to the correct talk page to discuss citations)
Citations talk:.* <errmsg=Titleblacklist-cites-talk>

And create a custom message at MediaWiki:Titleblacklist-cites-talk like the one in MediaWiki:Abusefilter-warning-cites-talk:

The "Citations talk" namespace should not be used. Try Talk:Titleblacklist, Wiktionary:Tea room or Wiktionary:Information desk instead.

@Eyesnore: Good idea. Added the suggested entry (with editing of the comment), moved MediaWiki:Abusefilter-warning-cites-talk to MediaWiki:Titleblacklist-citations-talk, and disabled Special:AbuseFilter/17 as it's no longer needed. — Eru·tuon 04:41, 17 August 2020 (UTC)
