Pen Mill

  1. A suburban area in Yeovil, South Somerset district, Somerset, England (OS grid ref ST5716).
    • 2020 April 8, Dr David Turner, “How railway staff were conduits and victims of a pandemic”, in Rail, page 30:
      Yeovil Town Council's medical officer reported in June 1919 that the "primary focus" of the latter two waves of the pandemic were focused in the town's Pen Mill district. He suggested it was because this was where many railway workers resided, and that they were the source of its introduction.
