Compared to Proto-Turkic *tiāĺ (stone) (Turkish taş, Chuvash чул (čul, stone)), Proto-Mongolic *cïlaxun (Mongolian чулуу (čuluu), Daur coloo), Korean (dol, stone) under the discredited Altaic hypothesis.[1]
