Reconstructed form edit

@Angr, Anglom, JohnC5 Something seems off about the Irish descendants, the -e doesn't match the reconstructed form. I have also seen some things that suggest there's a word-initial ɸ. —CodeCat 16:57, 22 September 2016 (UTC)Reply

Matasović reconstructs it as *flowdyo- (masculine in Middle Irish and so presumably in PC), from *plowdʰo-, and says it's related to plumbum but that μόλυβδος is unrelated. I think *plundʰom would give plumbum, wouldn't it? —Aɴɢʀ (talk) 19:38, 22 September 2016 (UTC)Reply
