Work edit

This article needs a bit of work. We probably need an entry to say it's the old letter "ash" which you can read on Wikipedia. The formatting needs to be updated too. — Hippietrail 09:47, 21 Jul 2004 (UTC)

Ligatures edit

To see other ligatures, there is a collection of articles about them at Wikipedia:Category:Ligatures. I think it would be cool if we could categorize all the ligatures on Wiktionary too, I bet there are more! Y12J 17:31, 11 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

formulae edit

The usage note is wrong; formulae is standardly pronounced /form-yә-lee/. --Backinstadiums (talk) 07:38, 21 August 2021 (UTC)Reply

Ää edit

Isn't Ää the same as æ? Shouldn't that be included in this article? It could also include all the languages like Finnish with Ä

"The same" in what language or languages? Our entry covers many. It's not true in all. Equinox 13:13, 10 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

sometimes retained (in this form, or as ae) when it has a different sound, as in formulae edit

What pronunciation of formulae is referred to here? --Backinstadiums (talk) 08:44, 14 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

Return to "æ" page.
