Also "marlin"?

Most people could not tell the difference between a marlin and a swordfish, so just as most people would probably call a marlin a swordfish, most Navajo would probably call a marlin łóóʼ bíchį́į́h nineezí. That seems very logical. Maybe "łóóʼ bíchį́į́h nineezí" could also translate as "billfish," which would include four types of fish with long spearlike bills: swordfish, marlin, spearfish, and sailfish? 71.66.97.228 03:50, 27 August 2012 (UTC)

As I said, most people can’t tell one from another. That doesn’t make it the right term. As far as I know, łóóʼ bíchį́į́h nineezí means swordfish, not billfish. —Stephen ^(Talk) 04:46, 27 August 2012 (UTC)
