@Atitarev поэт says it has an emphatic pronunciation with /o/; does this also exist for поэтика and поэтический? Benwing2 (talk) 07:43, 14 December 2015 (UTC)
- I think it doesn't (normally). Poets like to pronounce поэт with /o/.
- Poets usually refer поэт to women as well (if the gender is known or when talking about a specific poetess), rather than using поэтесса. It remains a grammatical masculine though. It's not very unusual, the same happens with учитель. --Anatoli T. (обсудить/вклад) 07:49, 14 December 2015 (UTC)
