Hildebrandt and Perry, in Preliminary notes on Gyalsumdo, an undocumented Tibetan variety in Manang District, Nepal (2011), mention that when it comes to dialectal pronunciation variation, "Nubri and Kyirong also share with Gyalsumdo the irregular development of CT gsar-pa 'new' [sāmpa] [...not] sārpa." Gyalsumdo is a lect to which the ISO recently assigned a code (see WT:RFM for discussion of that...). - -sche (discuss) 00:00, 8 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

I'm not sure what our plan is for documenting it in terms of orthography. If it isn't written, we may want to use Latin script instead. —Μετάknowledgediscuss/deeds 00:31, 8 February 2018 (UTC)Reply
