@Wyang: I think 批覆 is more commonly used in traditional Chinese, while 批复 is the more commonly used form in simplified Chinese. To me, 批覆 makes more sense since 覆 (fuk1 in Cantonese) means "to reply". On my user page, I've already got a few more words that have this problem. A similar situation is the 帳/帐-賬/账 situation, where the corresponding trad-simp pair don't work as the "most common" form. — justin(r)leung (t...) | c=› } 22:18, 23 June 2017 (UTC)Reply
