How can a wok be "viscous", when it's made of solid metal?

@equinox: Bad wording, I should reword it to "a wok-ful of viscous congee". The thing that is viscous here is the congee, which is in the said wok. – Wpi (talk) 11:35, 21 June 2023 (UTC)
