Drobeta Septimia Severiana

I know this is in Wikipedia, but I cannot find any reference about this name being real. Bogdan (talk) 08:10, 31 January 2023 (UTC)

Only thing I could find was a reference to another settlement founded during Septimius Severus' reign in the Middle East named Lucia Septimia Severiana. Apparently a pretty common way to name colonies in the Roman Empire, but any written remnants are today lost. I would say that this is the least plausible theory. Yes, it was common way to name colonies, but that doesn't mean that this is not simply made up by whoever edited the Wikipedia article. Bogdan (talk) 19:59, 31 January 2023 (UTC)
