While the previous definition wasn't perfect, I think the change from "incineration..." to "prisoner..." is inaccurate. Try substituting the two words into the citations:

Medina was killed, then cooked, becoming the second inmate in seven years to suffer incineration. (Makes sense)
Medina was killed, then cooked, becoming the second inmate in seven years to suffer a prisoner. (Doesn't make sense.)
