Syntactic gemination

Hi everyone, does anyone good with code know how I could indicate syntactic gemination in the pronunciation section of Neapolitan terms? I thought of using the source text in articles for Italian words with syntactic gemination, but of course, the IPA(key) link would then lead to the Help:IPA/Italian page instead of the Help:IPA/Neapolitan page, which is not ideal.
