Appears to be a reference number, something like "RFC 1918". Equinox ◑ 20:50, 9 January 2019 (UTC)
- I have not been able to figure out where the name comes from, but it does not appear to be a reference number; it is not the successor to S999D or S10000C. It is more like a proper noun, such as “XML” or "3GPP". --Lambiam 20:12, 10 January 2019 (UTC)
