It's probably already covered, but Chambers 1908 defines deed of accession (in Scots law) as "a deed by which the creditors of a bankrupt approve of a trust settlement executed by the debtor for the general behoof, and consent to the arrangement proposed". Equinox 12:59, 22 July 2018 (UTC)Reply
