The first ten pages of hits are all the same work. It doesn't even seem to be attested as a drunken spelling of alcohol, which is what I expected when I saw the page. - -sche (discuss) 23:08, 9 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

According to some sources, the Shakespeare quote is a deliberate malapropism, so you would not expect any other cites. As for the drunken version of 'alcohol', I DID find one cite for that:
  • 2012, Wilkie Lee Jernigan, Diddlysquat, →ISBN, page 299:
    Homeless people do not have allycholly.
