Um... just a thought, the letter that is said to be representing Kh as a guttural sound in Arabic doesn't sound like a kh, that would be "khaa" and sounds entirely different than the letter at the beginning of "Anbar" which is called "Ayn"

So perhaps this information is incorrect.
